Support for Learning and Development: Organizations that prioritize continuous learning and development create a culture where employees are encouraged to acquire new skills and knowledge, which are essential for innovation.





Risk-taking and Experimentation:-Organizations that encourage calculated risk-taking and experimentation tend to be more innovative. Employees feel empowered to explore new ideas without fear of failure.

Openness and Collaboration:- An open culture that promotes collaboration across different departments and levels of hierarchy can lead to the cross-pollination of ideas. This openness often results in more creative and innovative solutions.

Support for Learning and Development- A culture that values continuous learning and development encourages employees to acquire new skills and knowledge, which can contribute to innovation.

Empowerment and Autonomy- When employees are given the autonomy to make decisions and take initiative, they are more likely to come up with innovative ideas and solutions.

Innovation is now essential to an organization's viability and success in the age of globalization and fiercer corporate competition. Human resource management is a crucial component that might affect an organization's capacity for innovation (HRM). Examining HRM tactics for boosting organizational creativity is the goal of this study. To have a complete grasp of the topic from 2014 to 2023, the process entails a thorough assessment of the literature employing qualitative analysis CIT  (Nugrahini Susantinah, Indra Krishernawan, & None Murthada, 2023)


Recruitment and Selection-Hiring individuals with diverse backgrounds, creative thinking, and a propensity for innovation can enhance an organization’s innovative capability. HRM should focus on attracting talent that aligns with the organization's innovation goals.

Training and Development-Offering training programs that focus on creativity, problem-solving, and innovation management equips employees with the necessary skills to contribute to innovation.

Performance Management and Rewards An effective performance management system that recognizes and rewards innovative ideas and behaviors can motivate employees to engage in innovation. Incentives can include bonuses, promotions, or public recognition


Integrating organizational culture and human resource management in the context of corporate entrepreneurship

 

The triangle relationship between corporate entrepreneurship, HRM, and organizational culture is examined in this comprehensive review of the literature.
